The fastest way to get a useful answer is to choose the right door. Model corrections need a URL and a dated document. Sourcing needs a duty point. Factory onboarding needs the Chinese application. A free-text email that mixes all three will be slower than three complete packets.
- General desk
- [email protected]
- Buyer sourcing
- Structured RFQ form, not a blank email.
- Factory onboarding
- Chinese application at /zh/join.
Data corrections
If a model envelope, material list or factory identity is wrong, send the page URL, the manufacturer document, and the revision date on that document. Mark the field you want changed. We will not silently overwrite a published caveat because a salesperson prefers a rounder number.
- Page URL of the record.
- Document or catalog with a visible date.
- The exact field and the proposed correction.
Buyer and supplier channels
Use the RFQ form when you want a reviewed introduction. Use the Chinese join form when you are a factory. Use email for corrections, privacy requests and questions about a published label. Do not send drawings that contain trade secrets until we ask for them.
Response standard
Corrections are triaged before publication. RFQs are reviewed for contact completeness and duty-point coherence before any supplier sees them. Incomplete packets are returned with the missing fields named rather than forwarded as-is.
Questions buyers actually ask
What is the public email?
[email protected] for corrections, privacy requests and desk questions. Sourcing still belongs on the RFQ form so the engineering requirement is not lost.
Do you take phone inquiries?
Written packets keep a trail. If a call is needed after an RFQ is accepted for review, the desk will say so.
Can I send a confidential datasheet?
Not in the first email. Wait until the desk asks, and redact customer names that are unrelated to the correction or RFQ.
How fast do you reply?
Complete correction files and complete RFQs are reviewed ahead of incomplete ones. The join page states a two-working-day first contact target for factory applications.

Use this form for corrections and questions. Sourcing still belongs on the RFQ form.
