By Application is an application node. It groups pumps by the job they are asked to do, not by a single hydraulic design. Two records here can still disagree on principle, seal plan and test standard — write those into the RFQ instead of assuming the node is a specification.
If the table is empty, the taxonomy still wants this name in the map — it is not a finding that the product cannot be sourced. Describe the duty in an RFQ rather than waiting for a row to appear.
