Hunan Xingtao Oil Pump and Motor Co., Ltd.

Hunan Xingtao Oil Pump and Motor Co., Ltd. (湖南兴韬油泵电机有限责任公司) documents compact machine-tool coolant pumps, gear oil pumps and small induction motors from Jinshi, Hunan. Its useful distinction is between tank-mounted coolant replacements, electrically driven lubrication assemblies and shaft-connected oil pumps. Exact series prefixes, mounting variants, liquid conditions and supply specifications matter more than a shared nominal flow.

Start with the machine interface, not just the litres per minute

Hunan Xingtao makes machine-tool coolant pumps, geared lubrication pumps and small induction motors in Jinshi, Hunan. These are compact machine components with quite different installation and electrical requirements. For a replacement, keep the old pump’s complete code, nameplate and tank-mounting dimensions together; matching the last number in the model name is not enough.

The AB-25 and AOB-25 sheets both list 25 L/min at 4 m head, 90 W, 380 V and 50 Hz. DB-25 also lists 25 L/min at 4 m, but with 120 W and different mounting dimensions. DOB-25 returns to 90 W while using 220 V single-phase supply. A quotation therefore needs the series prefix, construction variant and electrical specification as well as the nominal duty.

Use the coolant-pump rows for a machine’s coolant circuit and the oil-pump pressure rows for a lubrication circuit. Head in metres and pressure in MPa are not interchangeable labels, and neither a 25 L/min coolant entry nor an oil-pump code establishes suitability for dirty sludge or an unspecified coolant formulation.

JCB-22 and JCB-45: the outlet changes along with the flow

The JCB-22 sheet lists 22 L/min at 3.3 m head, 125 W, 380 V, 0.38 A and 2,760 r/min at 50 Hz. JCB-45 lists 45 L/min at the same 3.3 m, with 150 W and 0.47 A at the same voltage, frequency and speed. Ask for the current offered curve at the required nozzle pressure and pipe resistance rather than treat these catalogue rows as a full operating envelope.

Both dimensional tables show H as 80–190 mm, P as 180 mm, M as 160 mm and h1 as 395 mm. The S2 outlet entry changes from G1/2 inch on JCB-22 to G3/4 inch on JCB-45. Retain the source drawing’s letter references when requesting a signed dimensioned drawing; do not silently interpret the H range as a universal immersion allowance.

A higher nominal flow can require a different hose, connection or coolant-return arrangement. Record the actual tank depth, mounting face, low liquid level and access for removal, together with nozzle count and any filter or valve restrictions. Confirm whether the supplied unit fits the existing machine without an adapter.

Same hydraulic row, different body and mounting envelope

The AB-25 drawing table gives H 167 mm, P 150 mm, D 116 mm, M 130 mm, S 7 mm and h1 330 mm, with a G1/2 inch S2 connection. The AOB-25 table has separate A and B versions: H 166 / 106 mm and h1 330 / 270 mm. Its P and M entries remain 150 and 130 mm. Keep the A or B version in the order so the lower assembly reaches the intended tank position.

DB-25 and DOB-25 also show A and B versions, with H 162 / 102 mm and h1 330 / 270 mm. Their P 180 mm, M 160 mm and S 10 mm entries differ from AB-25’s 150 / 130 / 7 mm. Even where flow, head and outlet thread match, a different mounting circle or fixing arrangement can prevent installation.

The official AB drawing labels the flange and lower assembly rather than providing a compatibility list for machine brands. Attach a photograph of the existing mount and a measured sketch, including bolt centres, hole sizes, clearance and connection orientation. Agree the dimensional tolerance and offered version before ordering multiple replacements.

2ACB25×0.16 includes an electrical pressure-contact arrangement

The 2ACB25×0.16 page describes a motor-and-gear-pump assembly with an electrical-contact pressure gauge for interlocking with the main machine. It identifies Roots blowers and large machine-tool circulating lubrication and cooling systems as intended applications. The listed row is 25 L/min at 0.16 MPa, 250 W, 380 V, 0.81 A, 50 Hz and 1,400 r/min.

This order is more than a bare hydraulic component if the machine depends on the pressure contact. Specify how the pump starts, how pressure is proved before the main drive runs, and what should happen after pressure loss. Ask for the wiring diagram, contact ratings, adjustable settings and included gauge/control parts; the catalogue does not supply universal trip settings.

Provide the lubricant grade and viscosity at both cold start and normal running temperature, the inlet arrangement and the required flow and pressure at the lubrication points. Agree filtration, pressure protection, seal compatibility and the allowable temperature range for the offered assembly. Do not infer these limits from the 0.16 MPa model suffix.

CB25×0.3 is a shaft-interface purchase with a stated 600 r/min row

The CB25×0.3 sheet gives 25 L/min at 0.3 MPa and 600 r/min, with M22×1.5 inlet/outlet connections and an M52×2 coupling thread. It describes circulation for large or high-speed gearboxes, including medium and large Roots blower gearboxes. The stated 600 r/min belongs to this pump row; a high-speed gearbox application is not permission to drive the pump at an arbitrary gearbox speed.

The manufacturer explicitly offers coupling-thread adaptation to the projecting shaft. Submit the drive-shaft drawing, thread form, direction of rotation, available speed, alignment and mounting dimensions. Ask for a matched interface drawing and whether the quotation covers only the pump, an adapted coupling or the complete drive arrangement.

The category heading mentions CB25(32)×0.3, but the accessible numerical sheet is specifically CB25×0.3. A 32 variant’s rating is not established by that heading. Obtain a separate offered-model sheet when the old machine uses a different displacement or code.

Keep the motor mounting suffix and pump supply requirements separate

The motor listing names YS7124B3 and illustrates YS7124B5 and YS7124B14, alongside rapid-feed motor directions including 2AOS5634, YSC5634 and Y801-4. The introduction distinguishes small three-phase YS induction motors from rapid-feed and tool-withdrawal drives used in machine-tool apron mechanisms.

A motor designation does not settle the complete replacement. Include the mounting suffix, shaft dimensions, speed, voltage and frequency, required power, duty and enclosure requirements from the old nameplate. Request the actual offered motor’s data sheet and drawing; the accessible YS product description does not provide a numerical rating table for every illustrated build.

The published coolant rows use 50 Hz and separate 380 V three-phase from 220 V single-phase directions. For an overseas machine, specify the available supply explicitly. Do not assume the 50 Hz pump ratings remain unchanged at 60 Hz or that changing a motor alone makes the complete pump assembly suitable.

Use dated motor certificates within their actual scope

The company’s introduction identifies 湖南兴韬油泵电机有限责任公司 at Cheyin Avenue, Jinshi. Its display brand uses the Xingtao name; the exact Chinese legal name should also appear on the quotation and order documents. The product sheets carry July 2010 entry dates, so confirm the current offered build and dimensions rather than assume every old catalogue variant is still stocked.

The certificate gallery contains historical CCC documents for three-phase induction motors and motors used with three-phase electric pumps. The displayed pump-motor certificate 2010010401386880 names the company and shows validity through 7 January 2020; another displayed induction-motor certificate 2010010401386878 shows validity through 19 January 2015. These copies do not establish current certification of every pump or motor offered today.

For an order requiring certification, obtain the current certificate, covered model attachment and issuing-body status for the exact supplied motor or assembly. The BAOCB25×0.16 listing gives the hazardous-area designation dⅡBT4 and a 25 L/min / 0.16 MPa row, but a product-description marking is not a current approval for the buyer’s gas group, temperature class or installation. Request the applicable certificate and complete equipment marking before selecting it for that duty.

Send the old interface and the operating circuit together

For a coolant replacement, the mounting and liquid-level information can be as decisive as flow. For a lubrication replacement, the shaft or motor drive and pressure interlock can decide the usable configuration. Prepare the relevant brief below for an enquiry through KanBeng.
