The following examples are specific plunger/speed selections in Haisheng’s technical tables. Each pairs a rated pressure with delivery at one pump speed. Changing the plunger diameter or transmission changes the selection. The table’s power value is not an independently verified motor nameplate rating.

The HS3Z80 sheet labels an input-shaft speed of 1,485 r/min, alongside pump-speed columns such as 83 and 133 r/min. HS3P40 and HS3P120 label input speeds of 1,460 and 1,480 r/min respectively. Do not substitute input-shaft speed for the slower pump speed used to read delivery. Confirm the actual drive, reduction ratio, coupling and offered operating speed as one assembly.

The technical sheets mark some higher-speed cells in grey and warn that those conditions are not recommended for long-duration operation and are for room-temperature liquid. A value being printed in the table does not establish continuous-duty suitability. State operating hours, starts, temperature and full operating range; ask for the approved selection and any derating for that duty.

For motor or variable-speed operation, request the offered motor rating and usable speed range, together with lubrication, inlet-supply and protection requirements. For an engine-driven package, confirm its speed control, transmission and stopping arrangement separately. Electrical frequency alone does not specify the pump’s operating speed.

Haisheng’s HS3P40 product listing illustrates an attached-gear pump assembly and names chemical, fertiliser, oilfield, valve and paper industries among its application directions. That does not make one seal and liquid-end construction suitable for every process. Provide chemistry, concentration, temperature, solids and the required inlet conditions.

The 20 mm / 162 r/min example gives 35 MPa and 6.11 L/min with a 4.3 kW table power value. For pressure-testing service, also define the equipment volume, filling method, pressure ramp, hold time and unloading procedure. Agree how delivery is controlled as pressure rises, and which gauges, recording and pressure-rated accessories are supplied.

The HS3Z80 product page identifies a xylitol-pump application and also lists several other process industries. A process label is an application direction, not evidence that the illustrated package has food-contact approval or the required materials for your liquid. Ask for the wetted-parts schedule, seal/plunger materials, cleaning requirements and any approval documents required for the order.

For the 32 mm selection at 133 r/min, the technical sheet lists 60 MPa, 25.58 L/min and 31 kW. Provide the intended working pressure and flow range rather than ordering merely “HS3Z80”. Confirm the reduction arrangement and available inlet supply, and request a dimensional drawing showing the pump, drive, base and service envelope.

At a 50 mm plunger and 106 r/min pump speed, the HS3P120 table gives 34 MPa, 74.69 L/min and a 51 kW table power value. This is a separate frame and duty from the smaller HS3P40 example. The technical table alone does not establish that a particular package’s motor, liquid end and accessories are rated for continuous operation on your liquid.

Include the source tank or supply-pump arrangement, minimum inlet pressure, pipe route, filtration and temperature. Ask the supplier to issue the inlet requirements for the selected reciprocating pump and review the inlet line over the operating range. Identify whether pulsation-control equipment is required and included, and agree the installation and commissioning responsibilities.

These are separate application configurations, not interchangeable liquid-end approvals. Request a written material and operating specification for the actual process and destination. Neither a family photograph nor the company’s broad industry list identifies the construction of the offered order.

It lists several HS3P, HS3Z and HS3H frame directions and industrial pump packages. Agree which legal entity supplies the order and obtain the technical and inspection documentation for the selected construction.

China’s national standards information platform names Haisheng among the drafting organisations for GB/T 40077-2021, “Reciprocating positive displacement pumps and pump units—Technical requirements”, published on 30 April 2021 and implemented on 1 November 2021. This is a verifiable contribution to the standard. It does not certify an individual pump or show that an order has been tested to that standard.

If a standard, management-system certificate or marine approval is required, name it in the enquiry and request the current documents, applicable entity/site/product scope and inspection plan. Historic certification claims in a company profile should not substitute for the order’s current approval and test evidence.

Send required pressure and delivery, liquid properties and temperature, inlet-supply details, operating hours, selected frame/plunger/speed if known, electrical or engine-drive requirements, quantity and destination. Add the circuit/control boundary, testing requirements and requested spare parts. This lets the supplier compare a complete high-pressure package rather than reply with a bare-pump maximum.
