Zhejiang Yongsheng Pump Co., Ltd.
Zhejiang Yongsheng Pump Co., Ltd., legally 浙江永胜泵业有限公司, presents the YOSO brand from the Heyi industrial area in Oubei, Wenzhou. Its company history traces the former Yongsheng Water Pump Factory to 1998. The current catalogue offers several ways to move process liquids: YMC magnetic drive, YCC mechanically sealed centrifugal construction, QBK air-operated diaphragms and G single-screw equipment. A useful enquiry separates containment, inlet/feed, solids, utilities and the actual working point before comparing prices.

Choose containment and feed requirements before choosing a pump code
Yongsheng’s company description identifies development, production and sales of magnetic, chemical, screw, diaphragm and inline centrifugal pumps. The product menu also contains self-priming, sewage and sump directions. Those catalogue headings do not make one pump suitable for every fluid: first identify the liquid, concentration, viscosity, temperature, gas, solids and operating cases.
For a low-solids chemical-transfer duty, compare the YMC magnetic-drive and YCC mechanically sealed arrangements. A slurry, viscous batch or intermittent emptying task may call for a separate QBK or G evaluation. The air network, feed arrangement, seal services and maintenance plan are part of that choice, rather than accessories to resolve after ordering.
YMC magnetic-drive centrifugal
Process-fluid cooling/lubrication and magnetic containment construction; request the accepted liquid and flow envelope.
YCC chemical centrifugal
Mechanical-seal choices and coupled assembly; define the seal arrangement and support services for the process.
QBK air-operated diaphragm
Compressed air is the power source. Compare material codes, particle passage and air consumption at the actual liquid duty.
G single-screw
Rotor/stator positive-displacement direction for viscous or mixed media; resolve feed, stator compatibility, drive speed and discharge pressure.
YMC: read the three points on one pump before comparing motor size
The YMC page describes a close-coupled magnetic-drive centrifugal pump. An outer magnet, containment sleeve and inner magnet transmit drive while the pumped liquid cools and lubricates transmission components. The exploded drawing identifies the thrust disc, sliding bearings, shaft sleeve, seal rings, containment sleeve and magnetic parts. Agree the actual materials, internal circulation and allowed liquid conditions for the offered assembly.
The YMC/YMC-G/YMC-GB table gives three flow/head points for each hydraulic size. For the 50-160 row at 2,900 r/min, the listed points are 7.5 m³/h at 34 m, 12.5 m³/h at 32 m and 15 m³/h at 29 m. The row’s motor is 4 kW; listed shaft power changes across those points. This is a curve segment, not three separate product families.
The same row lists 2.0 m in the NPSH column and 50–32 DN inlet/outlet. Supply the minimum tank level, inlet losses, liquid temperature and vapour-pressure case, and request the accepted suction margin for the actual operating point. Catalogue NPSH and nozzle diameter do not by themselves resolve suction feasibility.
YMC’s page says the design references API 685, and notes possible CZ/ZA hydraulic customisation and a custom high-pressure direction. The offered configuration needs its own standard scope, pressure/temperature rating, curve and test documents. Neither a reference to a standard nor a custom catalogue note proves that the standard stock assembly has a particular high-pressure rating.
| Flow / head | Listed shaft power | Listed efficiency |
|---|---|---|
| 7.5 m³/h / 34 m | 2.40 kW | 29% |
| 12.5 m³/h / 32 m | 2.60 kW | 42% |
| 15 m³/h / 29 m | 2.58 kW | 46% |

An empty-running requirement belongs in the YMC-K order conditions
YMC-K is separately described as the empty-running magnetic series. Its page identifies a different internal design, special bearing/containment materials and a self-ventilation cooling arrangement. The catalogue also describes process-fluid cooling/lubrication, so the accepted dry and wet operating cases need to be stated precisely for the offered design.
For tank-emptying, lost-feed or intermittent service, request the permitted empty-running duration, speed, starting temperature, repeated-cycle limits and monitoring/interlocks. Include the transition back to liquid service and the commissioning acceptance procedure. The advertising phrase “zero temperature rise” should not substitute for a defined test or become an unlimited operating guarantee.
YMC-K has its own performance table. For example, YMC-K80-160 lists 50 m³/h at 32 m, 2,900 r/min, 8.07 kW shaft power and a 15 kW motor. Keep its code and construction attached to the order; do not assume ordinary YMC bearings and containment parts carry the same empty-running provision.
YCC: mechanical sealing changes the service and maintenance interfaces
YCC is described as a single-stage, single-suction, axially entering chemical centrifugal pump for corrosive and elevated-temperature liquids, including particle-bearing applications. The page refers to ISO 2858 dimensions/rated performance, GB/T 5656-2008 technical conditions and an API 610 design reference. Treat these as the manufacturer’s stated design references; agree the required standard, edition, exceptions and evidence in the offer.
The exploded drawing shows a mechanical seal, shaft sleeve, seal seat, intermediate support, bearings, bearing housing, coupling guard and coupling. The selected seal arrangement and support services should follow the liquid’s abrasiveness, temperature, chemistry and operating pressure. Obtain seal-face/elastomer materials, flush/cooling interfaces, lubrication and access dimensions with the supplied parts drawing.
YCC50-32-160 is listed at 12.5 m³/h and 32 m head at 2,900 r/min, with 2.37 kW shaft power and a 3 kW motor. At 1,450 r/min, the same nominal code has a listed point of 6.3 m³/h at 8 m, 0.34 kW shaft power and a 0.55 kW motor. A motor or speed substitution therefore changes the duty substantially.
Although the YMC 50-160 row and YCC50-32-160 share one published flow/head point, their power and construction data differ. Compare the offered fluid basis, actual curve, containment/seal package and maintenance services rather than treating the names or motors as interchangeable. Particle limits and hot-service ratings should be supplied for the selected YCC configuration, not inferred from the general description.

QBK: specify the air system and four separate material choices
The QBK page identifies an internally located air-distribution valve and compressed-air drive, with engineering-plastic, aluminium, stainless, cast-iron and steel/PTFE-lined body directions. The code explanation separates wetted-part material, diaphragm, valve ball and valve seat. Specify all four; a stainless body does not determine the diaphragm or seat compatibility.
For QBK-50, the table lists flow from 0–20 m³/h, head from 0–69 m, 8 mm maximum particle diameter and 900 L/min maximum air consumption. It lists outlet pressure as 6.9 kgf/cm². These are separate catalogue bounds, not a guarantee of 20 m³/h at 69 m or a fixed compressor demand at every duty.
Give the air pressure available at the pump while flowing, air quality, air-line size, exhaust arrangement and required liquid flow/backpressure. Request the selected performance/air-consumption curve with the actual fluid viscosity and solids. Explain intermittent, submerged or empty-tank operation and require the manufacturer’s instructions for that installation.
The page advertises self-priming, empty-running and particle/viscous-fluid handling. The selected diaphragm materials, air-distribution valve, suction conditions and maintenance intervals still need a defined operating case. Do not turn broad “never stalls” or hazardous-liquid marketing into a demonstrated availability or hazardous-area approval.

G single-screw: compare stage pressure and speed without losing the feed case
Yongsheng describes G as a positive-displacement single-screw pump using rotor/stator engagement to move media axially. Its page identifies viscous, gas/solid/fibre-bearing and corrosive directions, with an inlet hopper available as a custom feed arrangement. Describe how the product reaches the inlet: tank level, line losses, bridging, entrained gas and batch changes affect the offered feed and drive selection.
The code identifies nominal screw diameter and one- or two-stage construction. In the published table, G35-1 and G35-2 both list 8 m³/h at a maximum speed of 960 r/min. G35-1 lists 0.6 MPa with 3 kW, whereas G35-2 lists 1.2 MPa with 4 kW. The table gives 3 mm particle diameter and 40 mm fibre length for this size. These are catalogue selection values for the stated setup, not permission to combine any solid, viscosity and speed at once.
The F designation indicates a stainless direction; the no-letter description identifies cast-iron wetted parts and 2Cr13 or corrosion-resistant internal parts. Obtain exact component and stator/elastomer grades for the chemical and temperature, together with the drive ratio, speed range, coupling/guard and spare rotor/stator package.
The page’s million-centipoise and 60% solids headlines lack a specific medium, speed or temperature basis. Request a selection for your actual rheology and solids rather than using those headlines as a guaranteed envelope. Put permitted startup/empty-running conditions and discharge-overpressure protection requirements into the operating and supply scope.
| Catalogue code | Listed working pressure | Listed power |
|---|---|---|
| G35-1, one stage | 0.6 MPa | 3 kW |
| G35-2, two stages | 1.2 MPa | 4 kW |

Turn the published testing capability into an order-specific acceptance plan
Yongsheng’s corporate page shows stores, assembly, machining and a hydraulic performance-test facility, and describes CAD/CFD design and manufacturing processes. The supplied facility photograph is identified on that page as its hydraulic performance test bench. For an order, define what is tested, with which liquid, speed, impeller and construction, and which results the buyer receives.
An original CNIPA utility-model publication, CN220706006U issued on 2 April 2024, names 浙江永胜泵业有限公司 at Heyi in Yongjia. Its disclosed subject is a magnetic-pump installation/support and protection arrangement. This provides a dated, independently issued record of that entity and design work; it does not determine whether the particular arrangement is fitted to your selected YMC unit.
Agree the actual hydraulic acceptance points and tolerances, material/pressure documentation, seal or magnetic construction inspections and operating protection demonstrations required by the purchase. The company’s general quality-system statement is not a substitute for the current, applicable documents requested in a quotation.

Use a duty brief that makes alternatives and supply boundaries comparable
Submit the brief through the platform with Yongsheng’s full factory name. When comparing magnetic, mechanically sealed, pneumatic and single-screw alternatives, keep the same process cases and utilities in view: a lower bare-pump price can represent a different motor, air demand, seal system, feed arrangement or test scope.
