QDX/QX A: keep clean-water and sewage enquiries separate
The Chinese QDX/QX A page describes an aluminium-shell submersible for clear water and names GB/T 25409. Its stated medium conditions include particles no larger than 0.2 mm and solids content by volume no greater than 0.1%. The practical purchasing input is the water quality as well as the duty point: describe sediment and debris before selecting a portable drainage pump. Use the complete model suffix and its rated row, rather than a range spanning several designs.
WQ-D and large WQ: a shared prefix is not a shared envelope
The English WQ-D page publishes maximum flow of 100 m³/h, maximum head of 54 m, liquid temperature up to 40 °C and immersion up to 5 m. These are separate family limits, not a guaranteed 100 m³/h at 54 m working point. The Chinese large-WQ page describes a channel impeller and names GB/T 24674; it also asks users to keep solids within the selected pump’s permitted passage. State fibers, particle size, liquid level and discharge layout so the correct WQ design can be discussed.
A1: specify the pressure class as well as the suction
A1 is described as a self-priming peripheral design for water or liquids with similar physical and chemical properties. The English page assigns different maximum working pressures to different sizes: 3 bar for A1-250 and 6 bar for A1-1100(S), with intermediate limits for other versions. This makes the complete designation important. Give source water level, pipe arrangement, demand and temperature; ask for the selected model’s curve and priming instructions before assuming the published maximum suction figure fits the installation.
DV/DVL/DVS: materials and maintenance belong in the comparison
The published vertical-multistage design uses a standard vertical motor and a quick-fit mechanical seal. Its documentation mentions 304/316 wetted materials and applications such as boosting, water treatment and cooling circulation. Specify which material schedule and seal are offered for the actual liquid. The source page gives different broad flow ranges in different sections, so this profile does not combine them into a single assured envelope. Use the exact model row, curve revision and installation drawing.
Turn published production capability into order evidence
Dayuan’s manufacturing material describes automated production lines and digitally recorded warehouse movements. For a repeat purchase, translate that into questions about drawing revision, assembly configuration, batch identity and the records supplied with shipment.
