Product details

The catalog identifies installation dimensions associated with DIN 24256 and ISO 2858. Its performance tables separate 2,900 and 1,450 r/min operation and list multiple impeller sizes or trims. Maximum flow, head, pressure and temperature consequently describe configuration limits; they do not establish that one pump reaches all of them together.

The back-pull-out arrangement allows the bearing assembly and rotating parts to be withdrawn for maintenance. With the extended coupling arrangement described by Haishi, servicing can be carried out without dismantling the connected suction and discharge pipework. The selected installation still needs adequate withdrawal space and an approved coupling arrangement.

The table also differentiates motor selection by liquid specific gravity. For example, the HCZ65-160A entry at 2,900 r/min gives 100 m³/h at 32 m head, while its listed motor choices change with fluid density. A water-based motor selection should therefore not be copied unchanged for a denser chemical.

SELECTION NOTES

Specify the operating duty

Provide flow and differential head at the actual liquid temperature, density and viscosity, together with corrosion data, solids content and suction conditions. Confirm wetted materials, seal plan, motor rating and the specific impeller curve.

Published limits may describe different configurations within a series. Confirm that the required operating conditions are valid together.
