Product details
The rotating cylinder block uses valve-plate distribution, with hydrostatic balancing described at the slipper-to-swashplate and cylinder-block-to-valve-plate interfaces. The MCY configuration has a fixed swashplate setting; the adjustable SCY arrangement discussed elsewhere on the page is a separate variant.
Theoretical delivery follows displacement and speed and is not a guaranteed measured output at every pressure and oil temperature. Actual delivery and required drive power depend on the selected operating point and losses. Nominal pressure must be reviewed with duty cycle, circuit protection and the approved drive speed.
The published guidance specifies N32–46 hydraulic oil, normal oil temperature of 10–65°C and a 15–20 µm return filter. It also calls for a direct case-drain return to the tank. Confirm shaft loading and coupling support: a belt or gear drive should not impose unsupported external loads on the pump shaft.
