A useful RFQ is a duty description a factory can bid without inventing the missing numbers. KanBeng reviews inbound requests before any supplier is introduced. We do not post your requirement on a public board and we do not forward a message that is only a model code and a target price.

Questions buyers actually ask
Will factories see my email immediately?
No. The desk checks completeness and match. Incomplete forms come back to you rather than going out as spam.
Can I name a preferred factory?
Yes. Leave it blank if you want an independent shortlist. Naming a plant does not skip evidence review.
Is this a reverse auction?
No. We are not collecting the lowest number from the largest list. Matching is against family, service and the evidence we have.
What if I do not know the family?
Choose “Not sure — advise me” and describe the liquid and duty. Classification pages can also help you name the family first.
