1. Define the wastewater

2. Define the duty

   Provide normal/peak inflow and required flow/head, discharge elevation and pipe route. Include fittings, valves and changing downstream conditions.

The official performance table lists 100WQ50-10-3 with a 100 mm discharge, 50 m³/h flow, 10 m head, 2,860 r/min and 3 kW power. This is a specific table row. Request the current curve and operating range for the offered unit, with the actual liquid, cable length, electrical supply and immersion conditions.

Some narrative on this WQ page uses WQP wording. The page therefore should not be used to assign stainless materials, a seal life or a broad solids guarantee to every WQ model. Request the selected pump’s material schedule, passage dimensions, impeller design and allowable solids/fibres explicitly.

The WQP page describes a stainless outer-shell direction using 304 or 316L and identifies mildly acidic or alkaline wastewater among its applications. The description includes an oil chamber, mechanical seals and leakage/thermal protection directions. Ask which sensors are fitted to the offered pump, what signals they provide and which control equipment is included. A sensor being described in a family page is not proof that the quoted pump and panel provide that complete protection function.

Tell the supplier what the pump will actually encounter: hard particles, grit, rags, long fibres or settling sludge, with measured size and concentration where available. Ask for the selected model’s free passage and permitted loading, and whether screening or a different impeller is necessary. A “non-clogging” family name is not a promise that every item in the wastewater will pass.

The supplier’s narrative includes broad particle, fibre and seal-life claims and a concentration percentage without a clear mass/volume basis. Those are not used here as order guarantees. Its operating-condition wording also mixes model prefixes; obtain a written temperature, pH, density, submergence and duty limit for the exact offered pump.

Agree the stop level, permitted starts and any operating restrictions during loss of inflow or maintenance. Request an inspection and cleaning schedule suited to the real wastewater, plus the seal, impeller and cable details needed to order replacement parts.

Peiyuan’s company profile also lists sewage lifting units, prefabricated stations, water-supply and associated electrical/control equipment. Their inclusion in the catalogue does not mean a WQ/WQP pump price includes a complete station. Specify the package boundary and ask for a coordinated drawing and acceptance plan if station equipment is required.

The official profile identifies 江苏沛源泵业制造有限公司 at Weimiao industrial park, Peixian, Xuzhou, and describes sewage pumps and related systems. It states motor, complete-pump and system testing equipment. Request the actual inspection and performance records for the ordered pump; a company equipment statement alone does not establish an individual unit’s test result.

A government-published historical enterprise list independently names the same company in Xuzhou. That supports the company-name cross-check, not a claim that WQ/WQP models hold a particular approval. Agree the contracting entity, technical documents, required certificates and test/witness arrangements in the offer.
