Zhejiang Fengqiu Pump Co., Ltd. belongs to the Fengqiu pump business in Zhuji, Zhejiang. The group names Zhejiang Fengqiu Pump Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (浙江丰球泵业股份有限公司) and Zhejiang Fengqiu Crane Pump Co., Ltd. (浙江丰球克瑞泵业有限公司) as separate production bases. Its Chinese and English company descriptions identify Fengqiu Pump as a participant in the joint venture; these names should not be treated as interchangeable contracting entities.

The current export catalogue reviewed here is issued by Fengqiu Crane (Zhejiang) Pump Co., Ltd. and covers Fengqiu/Crane submersible products. It provides useful product routes for an enquiry, but the quotation should identify the actual manufacturer, seller, brand, factory and document issuer. A certificate or test report belonging to the joint venture cannot automatically be assigned to every company in the group.

For a replacement, begin with the existing nameplate and serial number. For a new lift station, begin with the sewage, required duty and installation. This avoids choosing a familiar family name while overlooking an incompatible motor, impeller, coupling or control system.

The current small WQ selection page lists output power, solids handling and discharge separately. Its 50WQ entries have a 38 mm solids figure, the 80WQ entries 50 mm, and the 100WQ entries 45 mm. This is a useful reminder to compare the selected construction rather than assuming solids passage increases with discharge size.

The examples below retain the published row values. They do not establish a complete operating point: obtain the selected flow/head curve, supply frequency, motor input and permitted operating range. The sewage catalogue presents these small pumps for lift stations, drainage and wastewater applications and distinguishes their connection and dimensional arrangements.

The reviewed sewage catalogue describes ASC as a vortex-impeller pump with cast-iron hydraulic parts and an AISI 304 motor housing. Its selected models list 50 mm solids handling. ASC therefore should not be inferred to be a cutting pump merely because its letters resemble an older AS designation.

The grinder catalogue direction includes WQ-QG. The current selection page lists WQ10-7-0.75QG and WQ10-7-1.1QG with different motor outputs and the same G 2.0″ F discharge. Identify the actual cutter construction and selected hydraulic curve before comparing an offer with a non-clogging sewage pump.

For fibrous sewage, describe the material, length, loading and recurring blockage mechanism. Ask for cutter access, wear parts, service procedure and controls for a stalled cutter. Cutting fibres does not make a pump suitable for stones, metal fragments or abrasive grit, and a solids-passage number does not prove resistance to ragging.

The WQ operating instructions linked from the current download page carry a March 2019 edition date. They describe a channel impeller, automatic coupling and monitoring of water ingress, oil-chamber leakage and motor temperature. Treat this as a documented construction to confirm on the offered unit, rather than assuming every small WQ or export variant has the same probes.

That manual states a liquid temperature not exceeding 40°C, density not exceeding 1.2 kg/dm³, solids content below 2% by volume and pH between 4 and 10. It also requires the motor to remain below the liquid level. These conditions belong to the manual’s construction and edition; request the current selected-model instructions where the liquid, cooling or operating mode differs.

Provide minimum stop level, start levels, peak inflow and expected cycling. Ask how each thermal or leakage signal reaches the panel, which conditions stop the pump, and how duty/standby changeover and high-level alarms work. A float switch and an industrial monitored station have different control and commissioning scopes.

The WQ manual distinguishes a wet fixed arrangement using guide rails and automatic coupling from a movable installation. It shows the base elbow, minimum pit opening, lowest liquid level and foundation geometry, alongside model-specific dimensions. Match these interfaces to the civil and piping drawings; a nominal discharge match alone is insufficient.

For replacement work, send the existing guide-rail spacing, base-elbow drawing, flange or thread details, pump dimensions, cable length and lifting route. Confirm whether the existing coupling can remain or needs replacement. Include access above the hatch and the lifting equipment for the actual pump mass.

The same instructions say not to lift the pump by its power cable and to disconnect power before servicing. They identify wear rings, seals and oil-chamber checks as maintenance items. Request the selected maintenance procedure and parts list, with any inspection interval adapted to the liquid and use; do not turn a historical general service statement into a guaranteed maintenance-free lifetime.

The current HS selection page lists HS10-10-0.75 with 4 mm solids handling and HS15-12-1.1 with 6 mm. These are model-specific values. A sand-pump label does not establish slurry concentration, abrasion life or suitability for an industrial dredging duty. Supply particle distribution, concentration, settling behaviour and required run time for material and wear-part selection.

The flood-control application page describes a pump-and-gate system for water circulation, replenishment and drainage. Its Hujiagang example uses two 1300QZ-125 bidirectional submersible axial-flow pumps, each at a stated 5.03 m³/s and 3.5 m head. This is the company’s documented project configuration, not an independently measured result or a generic QZ envelope.

A similar project needs upstream/downstream level cases, flow direction, civil openings, pump/gate interfaces, power and control logic. Establish the duty for each mode and the maintenance access. The small portable sewage catalogue cannot substitute for the axial-flow station’s selected drawings and hydraulic proposal.

The group’s Fengqiu Pump description lists machining equipment and a pump test bench. The joint venture’s quality page separately describes its pump testing centre and measurement equipment. Use the relevant manufacturer’s capabilities to agree an order-specific test plan: measured flow, head, power, electrical checks, test liquid, tolerances and any witness requirements.

The export company page still calls older energy-efficiency standards current. The official standards platform records GB 32029-2015 as withdrawn from 1 January 2024 and wholly replaced by GB 32030-2022. It also lists Zhejiang Fengqiu Pump Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. among the former standard’s drafting organisations. Drafting participation is historical technical involvement, not a certificate for a pump being purchased.

State the applicable standard editions in the contract and obtain reports for the actual model, manufacturer and duty. If an energy or conformity certificate is required, check its holder, covered model, scope and current status. Agree the installation, control-panel and site-commissioning responsibility separately from factory testing.

Split the enquiry into the liquid and duty, the physical installation, and the supplied package. This makes it possible to compare an ordinary WQ, vortex ASC, WQ-QG grinder or a larger station solution on the information that changes selection.

For a replacement, attach the nameplate, fault history and existing coupling or station drawings. For a new installation, include the civil layout and electrical requirements. Ask the offer to identify the issuing company and the selected product construction, with documented inclusions, exclusions and acceptance criteria.
