Product details

The catalog describes mounting the pump on a vehicle’s longitudinal frame member and driving it through a power take-off. An electric-drive arrangement is also discussed. For the vehicle drive, the stated transmission-shaft angle is no more than 7°; the mounting layout and shaft arrangement should be checked together.

The instructions quote a vertical suction lift limit of 5 m. This installation statement is not an NPSH curve or a guarantee for every oil viscosity and piping layout. Suction-line losses, fluid temperature and startup viscosity still need to be included in selection.

Mechanical-seal and packing arrangements are listed, with gear-material alternatives for different liquids. The source describes flow reversal by changing rotation, so the intended loading or unloading direction and permitted drive rotation must be confirmed. Fuel applications listed in the catalog do not by themselves establish an explosion-protection certificate for the delivered pump set.

SELECTION NOTES

Specify the operating duty

Provide oil type, viscosity at startup and operating temperature, required flow and differential pressure, suction layout and transfer direction. Confirm PTO geometry or electric drive, seal and material choices.

Published limits may describe different configurations within a series. Confirm that the required operating conditions are valid together.
