The manufacturer lists a maximum speed of 3,400 r/min, maximum liquid temperature of 80°C and viscosity range of 30–380 cSt. Pressure is retained in MPa because converting it to a liquid head would require the actual fluid density. The listed maxima should not be combined into an assumed continuous operating point.
The SD construction uses an adapter arrangement that permits horizontal, vertical or oil-immersed installation. The mounting choice affects the package layout and should be confirmed with the pump drawing, coupling arrangement and oil-system design. It is not sufficient to select a pump solely from the maximum discharge pressure.
For a screw-pump duty, viscosity at the real pumping temperature is a central selection input. The 30–380 cSt catalog interval should be checked against both normal operation and startup. The selected speed, pressure differential and flow must be reviewed together to establish a suitable pump and drive combination.
