The absence of a rotating shaft seal is a construction feature, while diaphragm, valve and body materials still determine suitability for the process liquid. Available body materials across the family include metal and plastic options.
For QBY-50, the table lists 6 bar discharge pressure, 7 bar maximum air supply, 5 m suction lift and maximum air consumption of 0.9 m³/min. These water-test limits are not all achieved simultaneously. Viscous liquids and suction losses change delivery, so compressed-air capacity and a duty-specific curve are part of the selection.
