Tianjin Juneng High Pressure Pump Co., Ltd. JN400 grouting

Juneng JN400 grouting packages use a long-stroke, low-stroke-rate plunger-pump arrangement for grouting media. The manufacturer offers a basic pump-and-motor package and an enclosed pumping-station configuration with process monitoring.

Product details

The grouting tables list a 150 mm stroke, plunger diameters from 75 to 105 mm, and stroke rates of 81 or 122 per minute. Across those tables, theoretical flow ranges from 160 to 475 L/min and motor options span 200–400 kW. The selected plunger and speed determine the flow; the family’s highest flow is not available at every pressure.

The product description states a maximum grouting pressure of 65 MPa. Because one table cell conflicts with that stated limit, this profile does not adopt the higher value. A separate water-injection table uses a different stroke rate and is excluded from the grouting specification.

The enclosed configuration can display, store and print pressure, flow and slurry-density information, with remote monitoring described as part of the package offering. The simpler arrangement comprises the pump, motor, base and control cabinet. Confirm which enclosure, instrumentation and reporting functions are included in the quoted set.

SELECTION NOTES

Specify the operating duty

Provide required slurry delivery and pressure, slurry composition and abrasiveness, working cycle and site power. Confirm plunger size, stroke rate, permissible continuous pressure and the exact motor and monitoring package.

Published limits may describe different configurations within a series. Confirm that the required operating conditions are valid together.
