Product details
The cantilever rotor uses a front-opening service arrangement so that the rotor can be accessed without removing the main casing and process pipework. The suction duct is described as replaceable for abrasive service. Packing and double mechanical-seal arrangements are options to select against the actual circulating liquid.
The selected HZW-250 row lists 39% efficiency and 21.37 kW shaft power. A separate 980 r/min row has a different duty and is not combined with this selection. The shaft-power figure is not a motor nameplate rating; transmission losses, liquid density and the required operating margin remain part of final drive sizing.
