Jinzhou Water Pump Factory
Jinzhou’s reviewed QJ well pumps and QJW horizontal submerged assemblies require different installation checks. The 250QJ32-100 row gives a down-well radial dimension as well as hydraulic duty; the 500QJW800-50 row gives a much larger horizontal assembly duty and electrical load. Choose the installation geometry alongside the curve, then agree motor cooling, cable, support and test documentation for the supplied unit.

The bore and the intake structure are different selection constraints
The manufacturer is in Jinzhou, Hebei (晋州), rather than the similarly romanised city in Liaoning. The official contact page identifies Nankou, Hebei; the Chinese company name is independently present in national standards and regulatory records. Keep that entity and location on the procurement documents.
| Installation | Information needed | Documents to request |
|---|---|---|
| Down-well QJ | Usable bore diameter and depth, casing restrictions, lowest dynamic water level, water quality and discharge duty. | Complete unit dimensions, pump curve, motor-cooling requirement, cable routing and lifting/column arrangement. |
| Horizontal submerged QJW | Intake geometry and lowest level, supports and foundation, sediment, cooling path and discharge-pipe loads. | Approved horizontal arrangement, mounting/support drawing, selected curve, motor limits and electrical/control schedule. |
250QJ32-100: hydraulic duty does not answer the clearance question
The 250-series table’s 250QJ32-100 row lists 32 m³/h at 100 m head, 2,875 r/min, 380 V and 15 kW. It also gives an 80 mm outlet, 33.69 A rated current and a 236 mm maximum down-well radial dimension. These values belong to the specific row; a “250 series” label is not a substitute for the complete offered-unit drawing.
Measure the actual unobstructed bore and any casing joints, restrictions or deviation. Obtain the assembled pump/motor dimensions, cable space and the supplier’s required clearance and insertion method. A published 236 mm dimension does not by itself establish that a nominal bore can accept the unit or provide adequate cooling.
Provide the lowest dynamic water level while pumping, drawdown, expected sand and chemistry, and the discharge line. Ask for the selected curve and allowable operating range at the actual conditions, plus minimum submergence, cooling and start/stop requirements. The page’s other table rows use different head and motor ratings; they are not alternatives at one unchanged duty.

500QJW800-50: define supports, cooling and pipe loads together
The horizontal 500-series page lists 500QJW800-50 at 800 m³/h and 50 m head, 1,450 r/min, 380 V and 185 kW, with a 300 mm outlet and 396.09 A catalogue current. The photographs illustrate horizontal assemblies on support feet; they do not identify the complete dimensions or weight of every configuration.
Give the supplier the lowest operating level, intake geometry and water temperature/quality, with the proposed supports and discharge connection. Request the approved horizontal mounting and motor-cooling arrangement, attachment loads and retrieval plan. Confirm whether a cooling sleeve or other flow arrangement is required for the particular motor and intake.
The horizontal page repeats a generic description saying the pump is vertical. Its QJW listing and photographs therefore do not settle every mounting condition. Obtain a configuration-specific drawing and installation approval rather than inheriting the generic vertical instructions. Also agree starting method, electrical supply, cable length, protection and controls for the stated motor load.

Write the pump-set boundary into the offer
The product pages describe a device containing pump head, motor, pipework, waterproof cable, pump seat and control cabinet. That list is useful for checking interfaces, but does not establish that every catalogue price includes a complete installed system. Use an itemised supply schedule to separate equipment, accessories and site work.
Mechanical and hydraulic equipment
- Selected pump and motor, discharge connection and any column/water-delivery pipe.
- Supports or pump seat, coupling/fastening arrangements and retrieval equipment.
- Materials, seals and any cooling sleeve or installation-specific components.
Electrical and site interfaces
- Cable type and length, connections, motor supply and starting/control method.
- Protection signals, level sensing and the control-cabinet functions actually supplied.
- Foundation/civil work, lifting access, pipeline support and commissioning responsibility.

Turn the published manufacturing capabilities into order evidence
The official profile describes CNC turning, grinding, milling, drilling and press equipment, with stator welding, rotor dynamic balancing and computerized hydraulic/performance testing. For a long submersible assembly, ask for the ordered unit’s dimensional inspection, motor electrical tests and agreed hydraulic test record; a factory equipment list is not the record for the delivered unit.
The custom-engineering page describes CFD-based design work and two performance test benches, with full performance/type testing available according to customer requirements. Agree the tested configuration, duty/curve points, measurement and acceptance method, witness requirements and report identifiers before ordering. Design simulation and a physical acceptance test answer different questions.
A Shaanxi market-supervision notice dated 27 November 2023 lists a sampled 175QJ20-40-4 manufactured by this company, with production date May 2023, among nonconforming products for the pump lead-out cable item. That dated sample is a different model from the two reviewed here and does not establish their present compliance or a current company-wide status. For the actual purchase, request the current cable specification, inspection report and applicable conformity documents, plus relevant corrective-action evidence where required.
Standards participation is distinct from product certification
The national standards platform lists 晋州市水泵厂 among the drafting organisations for the deep-well submersible motor revision plan 20254054-T-604. At review, that plan was under review. This confirms the named organisation’s participation in that plan; it is not a published replacement standard or certification of every pump and motor in the catalogue.
The official profile gives a 1998 business-history statement and lists QS, QJ, QJR, QJW, QJH and stainless submersible directions. It also mentions management-system qualifications, patents and historical energy-saving recognition. Confirm any required current certificate and its holder, scope and validity for the order. Do not transfer recognition for another model, such as a historical 175-series product, to 250QJ or QJW.
The two reviewed pages establish specific QJ and QJW catalogue rows and installation questions. Other family names on the company page are useful leads for a technical discussion, not proof that the same materials, water-temperature limits or approvals apply throughout the range.
